🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, engineering preferred
• 5+ years in manufacturing workshop production or technique management
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electronic products
• Proactive, quick learner with strong communication and team skills
• English written and spoken skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and improvements
