📋 Description

• Lead regional user growth for SS-Latam: Mexico, Argentina, Chile.
• Own growth strategy, forecast and regional B2B2C plan.
• Build and coach a regional team; hands-on when needed.
• Partner with senior Revenue leadership; translate data to strategy.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis, campaigns, and research.
• Own data reporting; collaborate with local revenue teams on campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent with AI tools for data analysis and campaign development.
• Seasoned growth/marketing leader with regional or multi-market experience; CRM/lifecycle or
• Strong analytical operator; familiar with Looker, Metabase, databases; tech stack like CDP, DMP
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior cross-functional audiences.
• Hands-on leader who can plan and execute campaigns and analyses.
• English fluency; professional Spanish for Mexico, Argentina, Chile.
