• 2–4 years in management consulting, strategy, PM, or founder roles
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills
• Proven ability to design scalable processes
• Strong technical intuition; STEM background preferred
• Autonomous, high-judgement in fast-paced env
• Excellent communication; stakeholder influence
