📋 Description

• Teach 5th–8th grade core subjects (ELA, Social Studies, Math, Science) in KIPP Jacksonville Public
• Collaborate with grade-level teammates to implement curriculum
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Build relationships with families and support student growth
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Follow school and principal-defined responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Florida Teaching Certification or eligibility for certification
• Certification areas: Elementary Education K-6 (5th/6th), English 5-9, Math 5-9, Social Science 5-9
• At least one year of teaching experience with a track record of achievement
• Commitment to KIPP values: high expectations, growth mindset, teamwork, trust
• Background check and Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
