📋 Description

• Lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers and set direction for analytics engineering at Eneba.
• Define analytics engineering strategy, goals, and prioritization that align with business needs.
• Establish data-modeling architecture, principles, quality standards, and governance.
• Ensure self-service analytics through curated data, semantic layers, metrics, and discoverability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company (Accounting, Payments, Marketing) and senior
• Translate business needs into clear team direction and empower technical experts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading data/analytics/analytics engineering and people-management in
• Experience defining strategy and direction for analytics engineering or related function.
• Track record establishing data-modeling architecture and standards.
• Strong business judgment and stakeholder management; able to communicate with executive level.
• Ability to drive change under pressure and decide when to stop or rebuild efforts.
• Experience in high-growth environments that support multiple business functions; scale-up
