📋 Description

• Full-time PT opportunity with BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson Senior Living team (assisted living
• Provide home-based physical therapy to clients, focusing on autonomy, meaningful patient
• Deliver mobility, strength, balance, safety assessments, gait training, manual therapy, and
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and educate clients/families for long-term
• Document care using the EMR system and participate in mentorship, onboarding, and ongoing

🎯 Requirements

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
• Strong clinical mentorship and onboarding support; ability to work autonomously with a supportive
• Experience or interest in home health and senior living settings
