Mental Health Specialist II - Acute Behavioral Services * Up to $3000 Bonus *

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental-health needs using
• Support in accordance with behavior support plans, crisis-prevention strategies, and de-escalation
• Maintain a safe, structured living environment; assist with daily living skills and community
• Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap).
• Monitor behavioral changes; communicate with supervisors during crises or safety situations.
• Collaborate with families and team members; participate in training and mentoring new staff.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years minimum experience with chronic/severe mental illness OR degree in mental-health field
• Must be 18+, valid driver's license, auto insurance
• Basic computer skills; ability to use electronic documentation systems
