Technical Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive exceptional customer experience on a fully remote team
• Assist customers with building and troubleshooting integrations
• Prioritize multiple tasks to serve customers effectively
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Account Management
• Provide guidance on using Prismatic’s low-code and developer tools
• Identify trends and communicate insights to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical support or engineering
• Understanding of APIs: REST, GraphQL, SOAP
• OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication knowledge
• Familiar with JSON, XML, YAML, CSV
• Comfort with reading/debugging JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript snippets
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
