📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Security and Risk services for the Americas (US & Canada).
• Manage senior technical consultants and Business Process Consultants to deliver transformative
• Drive programmatic rollout of AI-powered security and risk automation with the A&M team.
• Develop and execute business plans for market expansion and customer success in key product areas.
• Lead regional sales strategies and achieve services revenue targets.
• Travel up to 40% annually to meet business and customer needs.

• 12+ years leading enterprise security services, risk management, governance, and compliance
• Extensive global consulting experience delivering managed security operations and risk solutions.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow security and risk management capabilities and industry trends.
• Proven ability to lead and scale technical and consulting teams and manage complex customer
• Executive engagement skills with CISOs, CROs, CIOs, and other business leaders.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and program leadership across cross-functional teams.
