📋 Description

• Own and deliver Grafana's regional events across EMEA and APJ, from ObservabilityCON on the Road to
• Lead end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, contracting, vendor coordination, booth design
• Manage event timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications; align with stakeholders
• Define and track event metrics; deliver post-event analysis and translate insights into
• Create and approve event assets to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve planning efficiency, execution accuracy, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Located in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, or Germany
• 4+ years of direct event management experience, including owned conferences and independent
• Full event lifecycle ownership: venue sourcing, budgeting, vendor management, registration, on-site
• On-site lead for events with real-time decision-making
• Willingness to travel ~40% (APJ time zones, long-haul travel, peak seasons)
• Curiosity for new marketing tech, including AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude Code)
