📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Locomotion and Manipulation team for Apollo robotics hardware.
• Define mechanical architecture, structural design, and kinematics for arms, legs, and mobility
• Manage resources, design standards, and cross-functional collaboration with Actuation, Controls
• Mentor engineers to ensure high performance and manufacturing readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in mechanical engineering within robotics/aerospace/advanced electromechanical systems; 3+
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization and drive execution.
• Deep background in mechanisms, kinematics, and high-torque actuators.
• Expert Siemens NX CAD skills and large assembly modeling experience.
• Experience in mass optimization, packaging, and DFM for scalable manufacturing.
• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
