Senior Solutions Engineer, Wire Harness

📋 Description

• A customer-facing Solutions Engineer role supporting Sales with technical expertise in
• Focus on growing Xometry’s business in wire harnesses, junction boxes, PCBs and other electronics
• Develop and manage partners and collaborate with Account Executives to drive account growth and
• Convert customer requirements into actionable manufacturing work instructions and execute major
• Provide project management and oversight on complex opportunities to shepherd projects to delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• Familiarity with electromechanical manufacturing methods and IPC standards
• Experience with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST and other compliance requirements
• Experience with harness/PCB testing equipment and Gerber files
• Strong communication and remote/digital collaboration skills; willingness to travel 25-35%
