📋 Description

• Drive and contribute to Asset Team strategy and execution. Core strategic partner to translate
• Ensure integrated evidence plans across sub-teams and governance forums with clear accountability
• Partner with Project Planners, DTPMs, and DST PMs to ensure timely, accurate, and strategy-linked
• Identify, communicate, and manage asset timelines and risks with escalation and mitigation planning.
• Drive cross-functional Asset Strategy Team alignment and build execution-focused governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably scientific, business, or technical field.
• 4-6+ years in pharma/biotech across R&D, commercial, PM, operations with asset-level expertise.
• Minimum 3 years supporting cross-functional teams in core functions (Program Management
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication; ability to articulate strategy and
