Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs, medical needs
• Role blends direct care with supervisory duties across programs.
• Flexible full-time schedule; may be part-time within homes.
• On-call for emergencies; emergency coverage for someone of comparable authority when needed.
• May perform direct service shifts, up to 16 hours/week; notify supervisor if more is required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field (preferred).
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing requirements in MN.
• 3+ years supervising staff in human service field per 245D requirements.
• Valid US driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Valid liability insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform personal cares, lift and transfer, and transport persons served.
