🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in large-scale, low-latency backend
• 3+ years Rust/Go in commercial/open source
• AWS infra (EC2/S3/RDS/Lambda/VPC/IAM) with IaC/CI-CD
• OS and distributed systems knowledge
