📋 Description

• Prepare the treatment areas for patient care.
• Greet patients and provide SPEARIT-level customer service.
• Assist patients and follow Physical/Occupational Therapist instructions.
• Guide patients through exercises with direct supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment and manage supplies.
• Demonstrate SPEAR-IT values: Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience is a plus.
