📋 Description

• Provide licensed practical nurse support in private duty home health care.
• Deliver pediatric/adult nursing care in BAYADA Skilled Nursing team.
• One-to-one client care in home with a schedule you choose.
• Travel to clients near you on a regular basis.
• Follow doctors' orders and document care provided.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Hands-on care experience with pediatric and adult clients.
• Ability to perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Autonomy in the home with client-focused care.
• Strong communication with clinicians and families.
