📋 Description

• Support Comoto’s Content & Media department through production prep, booking talent, and
• Coordinate intake, tracking, prep, and return of motorcycle parts, gear, and apparel for studios
• Work with Brand Operations to ensure project tracking accuracy.
• Serve as operational heart of the Philadelphia video studio.
• Organize pre/post-production workflows and production spaces.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• 2–4 years in project management, event coordination, or logistics.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and initiative-taking.
• Adapt quickly to changing production needs.
