• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental‑health needs using
• Support individuals per behavior and treatment plans, crisis-prevention, de-escalation, and manual
• Maintain a clean, safe, structured home; assist with daily living, tasks, transport, and community
• Document services and observations using electronic systems (T‑logs, Therap, health tracking).
• Monitor behavior changes and communicate with supervisors during crises.
• Collaborate with family, partners, and team; participate in meetings and train new staff.
