Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain equipment, systems and building components including mechanical/electrical, pumps, HVAC
• Install and exchange lighting fixtures; replace bulbs as needed.
• Perform inspections and tests on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose issues with supervisors or peers; facilitate repairs.
• Uphold structural integrity and engage in scheduled training and meetings.
• Assist in delivery/setup of new equipment and communicate with engineers on projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hotel engineer or maintenance experience preferred.
• Comfort with mobile technology and learning new systems.
• Flexible schedule; able to assist with emergencies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours.
