📋 Description

• Lead and own complex research projects from scoping to prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as AI researcher, data scientist, or ML engineer.
• 1+ year deploying ML/AI features in production.
• Proven ability to own research projects end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in AI agent systems, NLP, and classical ML methods.
• Mentor/junior developer coaching experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication; proficient with Python; familiar with LangGraph, Google ADK
