📋 Description

• Protect personnel, facilities, critical infrastructure, intellectual property, controlled
• Enforce company policies, restricted-area requirements, post orders, and access-control procedures.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, unauthorized access, medical emergencies, workplace
• Assess incidents, take appropriate action, and provide initial operational direction until security

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in physical security, corporate security, military
• Experience in a Senior Officer, Lead Officer, Field Training Officer, or comparable operational
• Knowledge of patrol operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, alarm response, incident
• Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and conflict-de-escalation skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship without relying on formal supervisory authority.
