Security Concierge

📋 Description

• Provide excellent Customer Service at the front desk for residential buildings in Downtown Chicago
• Maintain logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data for Titan Security
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience as a door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets
• High School diploma or GED
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
