Recruitment Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Support RPO clients with strategic recruitment marketing to build brand and engage candidates.
• Develop and execute strategies across multiple talent segments and geographies.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to create targeted campaigns driving pipelines.
• Translate EVPs into campaigns, content, and candidate experiences.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment marketing initiatives across the candidate journey.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Sourcing & Marketing
• 1 year of experience managing Social Media Marketing
• Strong writing skills with good tone
• Imaginative problem solver
• Ability to participate effectively in a team across multiple locations
• Design and video production experience a plus
