Transportation Clerk

📋 Description

• Schedule and track outbound freight appointments
• Communicate daily with Carriers, Brokers, and internal teams
• Meet deadlines for customer orders and pickups
• Support carriers with rescheduling and trailer assignments
• Work with Shipping Coordinators and Logistics Router to ensure smooth ops

🎯 Requirements

• 0 - 2 years’ experience in Transportation/Logistics or food/beverage manufacturing
• Bilingual; speak, read & write Spanish (Preferred)
