Senior GenAI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and operate production-grade GenAI features with agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, and
• Develop production-ready FastAPI services with streaming, persistence, automated tests, and
• Establish evaluation datasets, regression suites, and LLM-as-a-judge mechanisms to measure answer
• Optimize model context by crafting effective search queries, multi-step research workflows, and
• Diagnose and fix issues across retrieval, query formulation, context construction, prompting, or
• Instrument AI workflows with tracing and observability tools (Langfuse, Azure Application Insights)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend services, APIs, asynchronous
• Experience taking LLM-powered features from prototype to production in live environments.
• Practical experience with agentic AI or orchestration frameworks, ideally LangGraph.
• Strong hands-on RAG experience: retrieval strategies, query optimization, context construction
• Experience debugging production LLM systems with tracing, latency analysis, cost monitoring, and
• Professional experience deploying and operating cloud-based services, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
