📋 Description
- Leads a team delivering process design and change management for clinical research processes
- Partners with CLCM and functional leaders to align strategy and service delivery
- Oversees progress of process/change delivery and workload prioritization
- Manages global programs enabling process design and change management
- Ensures integration with AbbVie Quality System Documents
- Provides direction and mentorship for subordinates
🎯 Requirements
- BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in pharma/healthcare or regulated industry
- Leadership in complex matrix environments, healthcare preferred
- Track record of process improvement strategy execution
- Familiar with SOPs, ICH, global regulations, ethics and compliance
- Strong coaching, people management and communication skills
