📋 Description

• CSR assists flight crews by handling non-flying issues for pre-flight, during flight, and
• Communicates with clients and Headquarters to execute trip details safely and efficiently.
• Focus on safety and security while coordinating with private screeners.
• Roles include ground security coordination (GSC) and handling trip documentation.
• Works in an on-site environment supporting charter operations from Las Vegas.
• Essential duties assigned as needed to support flight operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Airline industry experience preferred; basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED; US work authorization.
