Sr Technical Account Manager - West

📋 Description

• Very client-facing TAM role with ~4 strategic accounts.
• Act as technical advisor on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, and best practices.
• Support deployments, upgrades, data management, ML-Ops, security, compute resources, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong Linux administration and networking.
• Experience with authentication systems (LDAP, Kerberos, AD, IAM).
• Hands-on with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Hadoop/Spark ecosystem; Python expertise; some Java and ML Ops knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work through both pre- and post-sale phases.
