📋 Description

• We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Development leader to source and lead strategic initiatives
• Operate as a thought partner to executives, shaping long-term growth at the intersection of
• Lead end-to-end M&A and investments; build executive relationships with industry players
• Drive market intelligence in defense, autonomy, and AI to inform strategy and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/JD or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
• 12+ years in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or
• Proven track record leading complex transactions end-to-end (M&A, partnerships, investments)
• Strong valuation, financial modeling, and transaction structuring skills
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or advanced tech (AI, autonomy, robotics, software) preferred
• Ability to influence senior executives in high-stakes, ambiguous environments
