RN - Home Care Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide private duty nursing to an adult client in Warminster, PA.
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available to support client in home setting.
• One-to-one client care with a focus on quality, compassionate service.
• Follow doctor’s orders, document care, and monitor client conditions.
• Travel to client location on a schedule you choose.
• Support families with education and ongoing care needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in good standing.
• Current nursing license in the state where client resides (Pennsylvania).
• Experience in private duty/home health care helpful; strong communication and critical thinking
• Ability to perform assessments, document interventions, and monitor client conditions.
• Autonomy to provide hands-on care for a single client per day; comfortable working in home setting.
• Shift flexibility and reliable transportation to client locations.
