Director, Facilities and Supply Chain Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee multi-site market and admin offices facilities
• Own procurement, inventory, distribution, and field logistics
• Ensure new markets open on schedule within budgets
• Collaborate with Ops, Clinical Ops, Implementation, Tech, Compliance, Legal
• Move between strategy and hands-on execution as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in supply chain, facilities, engineering, or related field
• 10–12+ years in facilities and supply chain ops
• Experience owning multi-site facilities at Director level
• Site selection, lease negotiations, and buildout experience
• Lead sourcing, vendor mgmt, inventory, distribution
• ERP/purchasing systems implementation experience
