📋 Description

• Own and deliver Grafana's regional events across EMEA and APJ.
• Manage in-person events from venue sourcing to on-site execution.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, vendors, and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product and regional teams.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve planning and reporting.
• Travel up to 40% for events across regions/time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in direct event management, end-to-end ownership.
• On-site lead for in-person events with quick decision-making.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
• Experience with hosted conferences and third-party sponsorships.
• Willingness to travel globally; APJ & AMER time zones.
• Curiosity for new marketing tech and AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude).
