🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering and manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar required
• Deep familiarity with electromechanical manufacturing methods (CNC, sheet metal, additive, molding)
• Experience running manufacturing projects in Asia and/or Europe
• Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST and other compliance requirements
• IPC standards, gerber files familiarity; ability to read harness/PCB testing equipment/procedures
