Associate Director, Strategic Change Enablement

📋 Description

• Serve as primary interface between client and the Compliance Learning Change Management (CLCM)
• Partner with stakeholders across full lifecycle of strategic initiatives and delivery of solutions.
• Design clinical research processes with cross-functional alignment.
• Support implementation strategy for change management and end user adoption.
• Manage systems and global programs enabling process and change delivery.
• Strategic assessment of metrics and measures for focus areas.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years in pharma/healthcare or regulated industry
• Leadership in a complex matrix environment
• Proven experience in compliance and training strategy
• Proficient in SOPs, ICH, global regulations and ethics/compliance
• Strong coaching, people management and communication skills
