📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental-health needs
• Support with safety, skill-building, and positive engagement
• Maintain a clean, safe, structured living environment
• Document services and health concerns using electronic systems
• Monitor behavioral changes and escalate as needed
• Support families with appointments and care tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years minimum experience with chronic/severe mental illness OR degree in a mental-health field
• Must be >=18 (some programs require 21+)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic docs
