🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in progressive People Operations; 3+ years in leadership at manager/director level.
• Deep experience with global HRIS platforms (Workday, Rippling, HiBob, etc.) including
• Track record of scalable People processes with measurable outcomes; data-driven decision making.
• Experience with payroll/ benefits integrations and global data privacy; cross-border experience a
• Hands-on in evaluating, piloting, or implementing AI/automation in People ops.
• Strong PM, change leadership, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
