📋 Description

• Identify and develop high-potential creators on Twitch.
• Manage inbound creator program and recruit from other platforms.
• Guide creators through onboarding to long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams to refine creator talent development.
• Stay current on creator trends and platform changes.
• Partner with Strategic Partner Managers for growth support.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong data/research skills to evaluate creators from multiple sources.
• Good judgement and attention to creator authenticity and audience quality.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building via email/social.
• Curiosity about creator trends and talent discovery.
• Understanding of livestreaming, creator economy, and online communities.
