- Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
- Lead, manage and develop all aspects of the store’s business
- Drive sales and profitability goals, operations, merchandising and team development
- Lead Sales, Operations, and Visual team to execute key strategies
- Oversee KPI attainment and business performance through data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and coach a diverse team
- Proven ability to drive business results and brand standards
- Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
