📋 Description

• Harvest and manage first-stage processing of Cresco Labs products to maintain quality and
• Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize flower qualities and standards.
• Weigh and package Fresh/Frozen Flower; buck, weigh, bag, and label for ID.
• Hand select product for optimal size, quality, and appearance.
• Perform repetitive tasks for long periods in varying temperatures with attention to hygiene.
• Adhere to Cresco Labs and state sanitation and compliance policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Ability to follow compliance, quality, and HR guidelines; work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills; multi-task effectively.
• Ability to sit/stand and perform bud removal with scissors for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided for
