Procurement Analyst, Technology & Operations

📋 Description

• Support tech spend procurement across software, hardware, SaaS, IT services.
• Manage RFx, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Process purchase orders and approvals per policy.
• Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries/invoices.
• Analyze spend trends to find savings and reduce risk.
• Support contract lifecycle, renewals, licensing, and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor operations.
• Experience with RFx, negotiations, and vendor evaluations (IT/tech).
• Know-how of cloud, licensing, SaaS, and IT service agreements.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple workflows.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
• Analytical, negotiation, and cross-team communication skills.
