- Manage/update technical specs and guides for new functionality.
- Customer Acceptance Testing support and test artifacts.
- Represent in mail industry meetings and MTAC groups.
- Develop performance metrics and training materials.
🎯 Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Public Trust clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development.
- Experience as a Business Analyst; CBAP preferred.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.
