📋 Description

• Onboard customer locations remotely after cameras are installed
• Manage setup, verification, and activation processes
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate location data and status updates
• Ensure onboarding meets all requirements before monitoring
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong problem-solving, data entry, and communication
• Experience with Google Sheets and data analysis
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) in US Eastern Time
