📋 Description

• Independently provide senior-level maintenance support
• Train lower-level Technicians on advanced tasks
• Drive safety and process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineering on RCA/RCM
• May facilitate workshops
• Act as SME in skilled trades

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs experience or college degree/crafe
• CMRT or equivalent maintenance accreditation
• MS Windows intermediate skills
• Electrical skills up to 3-phase 480V
• Reading electrical schematics
• Ability to troubleshoot components
