📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional alignment across strategic projects
• Manage Initial Manufacturing expenses (IMX) for pipeline assets
• Serve as focal point for project performance and delivery
• Collaborate with R&D, PDS&T, CMC, ME&C for decisions
• Publish dashboards and KPIs to senior leadership
• Develop harmonized planning and scheduling platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred
• GMP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CMC, pharma regs knowledge
• Strong planning and project management experience
• PMP certification a plus
• 10+ years in industry; 5+ years PM experience
• Strategic thinking, leadership, communication
