Legal Operations Analyst II

📋 Description

• Support Legal Platform Services including Vendor Legal, Marketing Legal, and Commercial Legal teams.
• Drive contract operations and technology initiatives across multiple teams.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Business Systems, Financial Systems, Procurement, and other
• Implement scalable processes that enable the business to move faster.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration
• Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and similar CLM/procurement platforms
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful
• Track record of implementing legal tech solutions and automation
• Data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making
• Strong project management and cross-stakeholder coordination
