• Lead mobile UA campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok
• Maximize ROAS with data-driven optimization
• Own AppsFlyer setup, attribution, and data integrity
• Guide creative teams; craft ad copy and scripts
• Use SQL/Looker/Tableau to self-serve data
• Understand mobile ad fraud and prevention tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing (mobile UA)
• Expert in AppsFlyer
• Proven ROAS-focused optimization
• Budget mgmt > USD 300k/month
• Experience with Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok
• Professional English, Crypto/Fintech or Gaming experience
