Job Description
📋 Description
- Build and manage a portfolio of university partnerships in the Western portfolio (CA, CO
- Identify, cultivate, and formalize MOUs with national/regional universities, HBCUs, and HSIs
- Negotiate agreements and align partnerships with data-informed student opportunities and outcomes
- Collaborate with national College Advancement and regional KIPP Forward teams for integrated
- Share best practices with other Directors to improve cross-team performance
- Contribute to College Partnerships strategy, criteria, and accountability structures
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years building and managing a portfolio of partnerships (colleges/universities or charter
- 2+ years designing/maintaining MOUs or institutional agreements
- Experience using data to identify trends and drive outcomes
- Strong track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree required
