📋 Description
- Guided 1:1 or small group support for students with special needs under Lead Teacher direction
- Assist with curriculum modifications and learning materials
- Provide testing accommodations and supervise tests as needed
- Review and correct student work and track progress with data
- Support behavioral intervention plans to ensure safety and success
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and staff to support student growth
🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s Degree OR 48 college credits OR Pass ParaPro with 464+
- Experience with Google Suite and basic computer literacy
- Ability to engage in physical tasks and support students as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to KIPP MA mission and inclusive environment
- Willingness to extended workday and school duties as needed
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary $37,000 to $50,000 per year (1.0 FTE)
- $1,000 signing bonus and $2,000 annual retention bonus where eligible
- Other bonuses and school-year calendar alignment
