📋 Description

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Design teams through research, outreach
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline
• Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and
• Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and
• Experiment with and integrate AI-powered tools and research platforms to elevate sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on Design related roles
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and sourcing
• Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate
• Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new
